To return an item, send it back to us with the enclosed Return Form filled out. It's best to contact us asap if you need a size exchange to ensure we hold it for you.

Please check your order on arrival. If you believe an item is faulty, please send it back to us with all tags and the completed return form.
If the fault is confirmed on inspection you will receive a full refund plus reimbursement of the return postage cost. Please place the postage receipt in the parcel.
Yes. If you need a size exchange, please contact us via email (flair3280@gmail.com) or on 0436 035 564 so we can organise your replacement. Every effort to secure the correct size will be made, however on occasion the size you want might not be available. In this instance you will be entitled to a credit note.
The garment must be returned in original, unsoiled, unused and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Fill out the return form and include it with your parcel. All postage is at your expense.
If the garment just isn't right or you have changed your mind, you are entitled to a credit note for the purchase price less the original cost of postage.

No. There is no exchange or store credit available for change of mind on clearance and sale items.
A refund will be provided only if the returned garment is deemed faulty. In all other circumstances a credit note for the purchase price less the original cost of postage will be issued.
